I introduce the scope and intent behind the motion graphics video designed for eBay. This project’s aim was to marry academic learning with practical application, showcasing how theoretical principles of motion graphics can be applied to a real-world context to achieve specific marketing outcomes. The chapter also outlines the necessity of such visual tools in the digital marketplace and anticipates the project’s alignment with eBay’s branding and communication strategies.
